I started amassing sugar packets many years  ago as a flagrantly cheap way of collecting souvenirs.  As some of my friends and acquaintances got wind of my collection, I started stockpiling even more sugar, and to this day I still find random packets in old jacket pockets without knowing where it came from.  This sampling is in no way my whole collection, but I hope to get more random international sugariness up on this page soon!
